Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer with a focus on Oracle CX Sales to join our Omaha, Nebraska team. You will work with stakeholders across sales, IT, and operations to implement enhancements and integrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Cloud technical expertise with business process knowledge in CRM, customer management, and analytics, driving adoption and delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience interpreting business requirements and producing technical designs.
• Ability to lead and mentor development team members.
• Experience working with Oracle CX Sales and Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically CX Sales.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing business operations.
• Configure and enhance UI components in accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Sales and enterprise apps.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
• Collaborate with business, ERP, and integration teams on cross-functional initiatives.
