Job summary

Alt-s Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales Functional Consultant to join our Oracle ERP/Cloud delivery team. You will design Fusion Sales solutions, perform functional configuration, support integrations and data migration, and manage activities from requirements through go-live and post-production support.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales/Oracle CX Sales experience and a deep understanding of sales processes, including lead-to-opportunity,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes from Lead to Revenue.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional setup and configurations.
• Experience with integrations and data migration in Oracle ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate sales processes into Oracle Fusion Sales solutions.
• Configure Fusion Cloud Sales using Setup and Maintenance / Functional Setup Manager.
• Configure Customer/Account Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management and Sales Catalogs.
• Support migrations for customer, account, contact, lead, and opportunity data.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, configuration docs, test scripts and user manuals.
• Coordinate with Oracle tech teams on integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) and extensions.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT and end-user training.
• Assist in issue resolution during implementation and production support.
• Work with client IT and business teams to ensure success.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales Functional Consultant to join our Oracle ERP/Cloud delivery team. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing Oracle Fusion Sales solutions, performing functional configuration, supporting integrations and data migration, and managing implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales / Oracle CX Sales, with a good understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Sales Forecasting, Sales Territories, Sales Catalogs, and Sales Analytics.

• Conduct CRP, solution demonstrations, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues during implementation and production support.
• Coordinate with Oracle technical teams and client IT/business teams.
