Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM to administer, configure, and optimize HCM solutions with emphasis on Performance Management and Compensation.

You will lead Redwood adoption, partner with HR and IT stakeholders, and ensure reliable data and integrations across HR tech. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security and testing, and collaboration across platforms like Cornerstone Learn and PeopleSoft HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
• 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing.
• Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Performance Management and Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise gained from ERP implementations and lead design, configuration, and implementation of the ERP application modules.
• Lead Redwood-related configuration and optimization, including page personalization, role-based experiences, security, approval workflows, validation rules, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Partner with HR and operational business units to conduct fit/gap analyses and translate business workflows into Oracle Cloud HCM specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations among Oracle Cloud HCM and related platforms (Cornerstone Learn, Avature, PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, Boomi).
• Analyze data relationships across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems to ensure mappings and business rules are consistent.
