Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize our Oracle HCM Cloud platform, focusing on Payroll, Core HR, and Oracle Learning Cloud. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Learning and Technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant HR solutions that improve payroll accuracy and employee development.

You will analyze business needs, configure systems, support testing and deployments, and guide stakeholders through quarterly releases while leveraging SQL for validation and reporting

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll Core HR or Learning
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, testing enhancements, and supporting production environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processes, controls and year-end activities
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, Technology and business stakeholders
• Strong SQL and reporting skills for data analysis, validation and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud with Payroll, Core HR and Learning Cloud.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Learning and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, taxes, eligibility rules and workforce structures.
• Support payroll processing, year-end activities, reconciliations and compliance requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Develop and execute functional test plans, UAT and regression testing.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to configuration, data, security and reporting.
• Support Oracle quarterly releases and validate enhancements.
