Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst focused on Oracle Cloud HCM to serve as a functional and technical SME.

You will administer, configure, optimize, and support Oracle Cloud HCM, with emphasis on Performance Management, Compensation, and the Redwood user experience. You will partner with HR and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, lead Redwood adoption, support quarterly updates, and ensure reliable data and

Qualifications

5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing.
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM through the full system development lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management and Compensation.
Experience with Redwood page configuration, security, testing and adoption.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data validation and reporting.
Experience with related platforms such as Cornerstone Learn, Avature, UKG Pro or Boomi.

Responsibilities

Support the HR technology portfolio with Oracle Cloud HCM as the primary area of responsibility.
Gather and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and solutions.
Facilitate end-to-end design workshops with stakeholders and demonstrate Oracle capabilities.
Lead Redwood configuration, personalization, security, testing, and user adoption.
Monitor performance and resolve configuration, security, workflow, and data issues.
Collaborate on integrations with Cornerstone Learn, Avature, PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, Boomi.
