Job summary

INFOLOB is seeking a Senior Lead Oracle Apps DBA with Exadata in Irving, TX. The role combines hands-on Oracle EBS, Exadata, and Oracle DB operations with leadership of a global DBA team in a hybrid on-site environment.

You will own production database operations, drive major incident resolution, RCA, HA/DR design, Exadata migrations, and architecture reviews while mentoring DBAs and coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years Oracle EBS DBA experience.
• Strong R12.2 experience.
• ADOP and Online Patching experience.
• EBS cloning and environment refreshes.
• EBS technology stack troubleshooting.
• EBS database upgrades and patching.
• 15+ years Oracle DBA experience.
• Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN.
• Exadata architecture and hands-on experience (4–6+ years).
• OCI experience strongly preferred; OCI storage/compute is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of DBAs across onshore/offshore locations.
• Own production database operations and incidents.
• Lead major incidents and technical escalations.
• Conduct RCA and present findings to customers.
• Design HA/DR solutions and lead Exadata migrations.
• Review architecture and implementation plans; drive automation.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level DBAs; support 24x7 on-call rotation.
