Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Services Manager to oversee the OR and Sterile Processing operations in a Texas hospital and outpatient center. You will ensure staffing, schedules, compliance, and quality outcomes while coordinating with leadership to support clinical services.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, BSN, five+ years in OR nursing, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. The position is on-site with opportunities to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Registered Nurse with Texas license
• BLS & ACLS required; PALS within 60 days
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years OR nursing experience
• Knowledge of hospital concepts, state/federal regulations
• English communication; second language preferred
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing for hospital and outpatient ORs and schedule
• Oversee sterile processing and implants records
• Manage supply use and physician marketing
• Assist risk management, infection control, performance improvement
• Develop operational and capital budgets with Director of Surgical Services
• Lead quality and safety initiatives in OR and sterile processing
• Maintain professional attire and leadership within the department
