Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensed and/or registered nurse status.
• RN Diploma or equivalent nursing credential.
• Full-time position offered.
• Operating Room experience is required.
• Scrub experience is preferred.
• Ortho, neuro and spine experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of care quality with management team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve patient outcomes and teamwork.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies, including rounds and engagement initiatives.
• Provide hiring and training recommendations to staff, including performance actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management for patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment/supply management.
