Job summary

StoneSprings Hospital Center is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator PACU to oversee patient care and coordination on the unit during shifts. You will lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to policies, and collaborate with management to maintain high-quality outcomes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities include admission/discharge flow, ongoing care quality assessment, and staff training. A patient-first approach and service recovery are essential, with staffing and inventory support as key

Qualifications

• Active RN license or in-process; Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and care quality.
• Assess quality of patient care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to improve outcomes and services.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve engagement and rounds.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff; support performance evaluations.
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure labor aligns with patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment/materials management.

Education

RN license or active RN

Associate Degree in Nursing

ACLS within 90 days

BLS within 30 days
