StoneSprings Hospital Center in Virginia seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit operations during the shift. The CNC directs nursing care, serves as a resource, and aligns with policies to support exceptional outcomes.

You will assist with admissions/discharges, participate in quality assessments, and collaborate with leaders to promote teamwork and improved patient care.

Qualifications

• ACL S within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse credential.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Full-time position.
• Must have PACU experience and prefer RN with charge experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and quality.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of patient care quality with the management team.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to support teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Supports engagement by implementing nursing strategies and rounds.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, training, and performance actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
