Job summary

You will collaborate with management to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The CNC roles require RN licensure, OR experience, and an emphasis on teamwork, staff development, and efficient throughput.

Qualifications

• RN with active license (RN) in Virginia; CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Full-time position as Clinical Nurse Coordinator in OR.
• Ortho, neuro and spine experience preferred.
• Scrub experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient-centered care.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with experts to improve outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Schedules staff and manages labor to meet patient care needs.
• Manages inventory and supplies.
