Qualifikationen

• Must be an RN with OR experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Full-time position.
• Operating Room experience required; scrub experience preferred.
• Ortho, neuro and spine experience preferred/required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with management to assess quality of patient care services.
• Support staff training, scheduling and workforce planning.
• Foster patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Support nursing strategies to improve engagement through rounds and initiatives.
• Provide input on interviewing, selection and training of new staff; support performance evaluations.
