Arthrex Detroit is seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative with a proven track record in the operating room to grow orthopedic product adoption across Southeast Michigan. You will support surgeons and OR teams with clinical knowledge, demonstrate Arthrex technologies, and expand key accounts in a competitive market.

This role requires at least 2 years of OR sales experience, with the opportunity to advance within a leading orthopedic technology company renowned for surgeon

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical device OR sales experience in an operating room.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals in your territory.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Educate surgeons on Arthrex products, instrumentation, and techniques.
• Develop territory understanding including customers, accounts, and competitive activity.
