Job summary

Arthrex Chicago is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in the Chicagoland area. You will work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, maintaining expert knowledge of Arthrex product lines related to trauma and orthopedic procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience and are comfortable in operating room environments, with the ability to relate to medical staff and drive education and product adoption across the territory.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in healthcare or orthopedics.
• Comfortable in operating room environments.
• Able to relate to health care professionals within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate with current and new customers regarding product updates and portfolio changes.
• Identify needs of new prospects and execute sales plans and marketing strategies.
• Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
• Represent Arthrex Chicago at industry meetings and tradeshows.
• Travel to Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana; lift up to 55 pounds as required.
