Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a clinical operations professional to support live/virtual trainings and multi-site implementations across the Upper Midwest. The role focuses on expanding product penetration, leading program reviews, and delivering clinical expertise to customers.

You will drive growth through clinical activities, support large-scale evaluations, and mentor internal staff while traveling up to 80% to customer sites. A nursing background and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel - expect 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred and RN license required.
• 6-8 years of experience in related field.
• Intraoperative nursing experience preferred and OR management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred.
• Must provide proof of immunizations and maintain current immunizations for facility access.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; webinars, podcasts, and clinical articles experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel via increased product penetration and CE courses.
• Support customers clinically to drive competitive differentiation with trainings and knowledge tools.
• Provide clinical support at top accounts to identify growth opportunities and assist large-scale implementations.
• Drive profitable growth by supporting new product launches and improving product mix through program reviews.
