Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced clinical operations professional to live near a major airport in the Upper Midwest region. You will drive clinical support, lead trainings, and influence product adoption across multi-site accounts.

The role requires nursing credentials, 6–8 years in related field, and strong communication skills. Travel intensive, with focus on program reviews, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Willingness and ability to travel 80% of the time.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred and current RN license required.
6-8 years of experience in a related field with intraoperative nursing or OR management preferred.
Immunization proofs as specified for access to customer sites.
Strong Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Grow Cardinal Health Brand In and Out of Channel with increased product penetration.
Lead post-sales assessment, design, and monitoring of new products in multi-site environments.
Develop and manage customer training programs and clinical webinars/articles.
Participate in regional activities and support large-scale evaluations/implementations.
Clinically support new product launches and improve profitability through program reviews.
