Cardinal Health seeks a Clinical Operations professional to support timely and quality sale, installation, and monitoring of products and services across multi-site environments. The role emphasizes post-sales assessment, training, and clinical support to customers.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 6–8 years of related experience, and willingness to travel up to 80%. Intraoperative nursing experience and OR management are preferred. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• 6-8 years of experience in related field.
• Intraoperative nursing experience preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred.
• Immunizations required (Hepatitis B, Flu, MMR, Varicella, TB test, Tdap).
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with webinars, podcasts, and clinical articles.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel; increase product penetration in reviews and glove engagements.
• Support customers clinically to drive differentiation; conduct live/virtual trainings and provide clinical tools.
• Premium growth at top accounts; participate in customer-facing activities and identify pipeline gaps.
• Drive profitable growth; support new product launches and improve product mix.
