Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Clinical Operations professional in the Upper Midwest region. The role focuses on clinical support, product launches, and training across multiple sites, with substantial travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel - expect 80% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; RN license required.
• 6-8 years of experience in related field; intraoperative nursing preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred; surgical pack/kitting knowledge preferred.
• Proof of immunizations required; Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB test, Tdap.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; webinar, podcast, and article experience.

Responsabilités

• Grow Cardinal Health brand in and out of channel; increase penetration in reviews and engagements.
• Accelerate brand via speaking engagements, CE courses, and clinical sales tools.
• Conduct live/virtual trainings and provide clinical knowledge tools to customers.
• Participate in program reviews to improve efficiencies, safety, and cost savings.
• Participate in customer-facing clinical activities and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify pipeline gaps and support growth opportunities at strategic accounts.
• Support new product launches and improve product mix and profitability.
• Participate in regional activities to drive profitable growth.
