Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior clinical operations professional to lead post-sales assessment, training design, and multi-site implementation. You will mentor staff, influence product adoption, and drive growth across strategic accounts.

The role emphasizes clinical training, program reviews, and collaboration with internal and external customers to optimize product utilization. Occasional travel is required within the Upper Midwest region.

Qualifications

• RN license required; current and valid.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
• Intraoperative nursing experience preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical pack and kitting business preferred.
• Must provide proof of and maintain current immunizations including Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication; webinars, podcasts, and clinical articles experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel; increase product penetration.
• Support clinically to drive competitive differentiation with trainings and tools.
• Provide clinical support at top accounts to promote growth opportunities.
• Clinically support new product launches and improve profitability.
