Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations professional to support the timely sale, installation, and monitoring of Cardinal Health products and services across multi-site environments.
The ideal candidate will live near a major/regional airport in the United States and travel up to 80% while leading clinical training and customer education to improve adoption and outcomes. This role requires an RN license and a nursing degree with 6–8 years of related experience.
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to travel - expect 80% of the time.
- Current RN license required and Nursing degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in a clinical operations/ OR environment.
- Experience in intraoperative nursing and OR management.
- Knowledge of surgical packs and kitting is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills and clinical communications capability.
Responsibilities
- Grow Cardinal Health Brand both in- and out-of-channel through clinical engagement.
- Lead live/virtual trainings, webinars, and CE courses for customers.
- Provide clinical support to drive growth, efficiency, and product adoption.
- Develop training programs across multi-site environments.
- Mentor staff and influence customer decisions with evidence-based discussions.
- Participate in regional activities and lead clinical assessments.
