Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Clinical Operations professional to support post-sales implementation and training across multi-site environments. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, education delivery, and collaboration with customers to drive adoption and savings.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 80% in the Upper Midwest region, hold a nursing degree with an active RN license, and bring 6–8 years of related experience, including OR management and immunization compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred and RN license required.
• 6–8 years of experience in a related field with intraoperative nursing preferred.
• Operating room management experience preferred and knowledge of surgical pack and kitting.
• Must provide current immunizations and maintain access to customer sites for essential duties.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow Cardinal Health Brand in and out of channel through engagements and CE courses.
• Lead state-of-the-art Live/Virtual trainings for customers and staff.
• Support top accounts with clinical expertise to drive growth opportunities.
• Assist in new product launches and increase profitability via program reviews.
• Participate in regional activities and influence customer acceptance of products.
