The ideal candidate will supervise managers and doctors, handle HR-related tasks, frame selection and ordering, and ensure adherence to company procedures while delivering strong results in a fast-paced optical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in optical retail or optical management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all locations are properly staffed.
• Supervise managers and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Visit each location throughout the week and meet with staff.
• Work directly with owner to troubleshoot problems.
• Frame selection and ordering.
• Hiring and HR responsibilities.
• Supervise doctors.
