The ideal candidate will supervise managers and doctors, handle HR-related tasks, frame selection and ordering, and ensure adherence to company procedures while delivering strong results in a fast-paced optical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in optical retail or optical management.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure all staff members maintain exceptional patient and customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales.
