Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through a simple, human, and bold eyewear journey. The role requires optical knowledge and a passion for helping customers look great and see great.

You will drive sales, engage with patients, and support store operations, with opportunities for training and growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer/patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients to recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and order fulfillment.
