Job summary

CLEAR is building the secure identity platform of the future. The Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy will design and lead the operating system connecting CLEAR's Central Operations with the field and Aviation leadership, ensuring programs are ready, priorities align, and changes land effectively across all programs.

You will oversee governance, standards, and change management, while driving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring scalable processes across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in operations, program management, strategy, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end and building scalable processes.
• Ability to influence across functions, manage multiple priorities, and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Central Operations strategic planning and rhythms of business (OKRs, MBRs, annual planning).
• Build and lead Operations change management and field communications framework.
• Define and maintain field operating standards, SOPs, role expectations, QA frameworks, and accountability.
• Lead program governance with stage gates, readiness criteria, and launch requirements.
• Serve as integration point across Aviation programs to align cross-functional priorities.
