CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Employee Relations Lead serves as the centralized ER partner for our Airport Operations team, ensuring consistent, fair handling of issues across the fleet.

You’ll coach station leaders, investigate concerns, manage LOA and accommodations, and partner with Legal and People to improve processes while protecting policy and compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR and Employee Relations experience including frontline support.
• Experience guiding operational leaders with sound judgment and empathy.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own ER across stations: investigations, root cause analysis, consistent outcomes with Legal.
• Lead workplace investigations into complaints, misconduct, policy violations, and other ER matters.
• Coach leaders on corrective action, policy interpretation, and consistent employment practices.
