Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Manager, Recruiting to lead a pod of technical recruiters and sourcers, owning full-cycle hiring for our engineering org. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define pipeline strategy and implement scalable processes across a growing team.

You will drive pipeline health, time-to-fill metrics, and outcome quality, coaching others while owning end-to-end results for core tech roles from sourcing to offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical/engineering recruiting experience, including people-management or team lead.
• Proven experience leading a recruiting/sourcing team in a high-growth environment.
• Track record hiring technical roles at scale (software, infrastructure, etc.).
• Experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders (VP+).
• Hands-on use of recruiting data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Able to work from the New York City area.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing pod of technical recruiters and sourcers.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders to translate needs into pipeline strategy.
• Establish cadence: pipeline reviews, capacity planning, reporting across the team.
• Drive measurable pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion improvements using data.
• Coach and develop recruiters, raising execution and judgment.
• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for technical/engineering roles.
• Collaborate with People, Comp, and HRBP on leveling, offers, and calibration.
