Job summary

You will drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with project engineers and executives to align with client goals and company standards.

The role requires 10+ years in operations and leadership, strong communication, and proven ability to mentor teams while improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations, project management and leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring teams and delivering high-performance results.
• Read and interpret construction documents; manage client relationships.
• Proficient with PM software and Microsoft 365; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage and monitor budgets, schedules, and resources across projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and site visits as needed.
• Define scopes, review proposals, and manage changes.
• Mentor project engineers and drive process improvements.
