Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution from Preconstruction to Closeout, developing execution plans and maximizing profitability across projects.

You will manage project leaders, coordinate resources, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity while maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership in heavy plumbing/HVAC sectors and the ability to multitask across concurrent projects. Travel is 0–5%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years verifiable experience in heavy plumbing/HVAC commercial construction (Hotels, High Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals).
• State plumbing license or 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership with responsibility for multiple superintendents and ongoing projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents.
• Allocating and QA of drafting resources within Business Units.
• Implements productivity improvements, ensures project compliance and quality assurance.
• Maintains consistency in Project and Field Management processes.
• Champions safety and coaches to prevent issues.
• Leads Project Review meetings with PMs and superintendents.
• Approves pricing changes, change orders and claims.
• Resolves cost-related issues between Installing and Engineering.
• Identifies upcoming Project Managers and monitors risk management.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through PM/ superintendent teams.
