• Defines the overall strategy for their business functional unit within operations; executes operating plan.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results; senior escalation point and partner with customers/third parties.
• Coaches and develops operations managers; leads staff meetings; translates strategy into tactical plans.
• Provides consultation to service partners; identifies improvement initiatives; approves SOPs.
• Owns the control framework; monitors key risk indicators; ensures quality, risk mitigation and compliance.
