BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to join its leadership development program. The role involves traveling up to 95% across BioLife plasma centers, aiming to prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position and eventual relocation to one of BioLife’s locations.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon program completion.
• 3–5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
