Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to join a structured leadership development program. Trainees will travel up to 95% to plasma centers nationwide, gain hands-on experience, and work toward becoming a Plasma Center Operations Manager with eventual relocation to a BioLife location.

The program emphasizes accelerated growth, mentorship, and cross-location exposure to drive leadership capabilities within a high-volume plasma collection network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations countrywide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team in a fast-paced plasma center environment.
• Support staff planning, performance reviews, and recruiting efforts.
