Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Cultivate a positive environment and mentor a diverse team while staffing and recruiting.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by completing the training and networking.
• Provide operational support, drive continuous improvement, and communicate with senior management.
• Contribute to a high‑volume plasma collection operation and ensure donor experience quality.
• Travel across the country and return home on weekends when possible.
