Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Lead and develop a diverse team; oversee staff planning and recruitment.
• Support operations and customer service in a high-volume plasma center environment.
