Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) to join a fast-paced leadership development program. The role involves traveling across BioLife centers, gaining hands-on experience, and progressing to a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation as needed.

The program lasts about six months of training, followed by real-world leadership responsibilities and extensive cross-center collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: Six months of expedited training, then 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Team Management: Motivate a diverse team, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and participate in staffing.
