Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership program that rotates through plasma centers nationwide. You will travel up to 95% during training, receive hands-on mentoring, and prepare for an accelerated career path to Plasma Center Operations Manager with relocation after completion.

As your journey progresses, you'll build leadership and operational expertise across high-volume centers while delivering excellent donor service and team

Qualifications

• Relocation required after Trainee Program completion.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to travel across BioLife locations nationwide and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license for the entire program.
• Understand SOPs and work in regulated environments (GDP, GMP, CLIA, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across multiple plasma centers.
• Deliver expedited training and mentorship to accelerate career growth.
• Relocate after program to assume a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.
• Support operations, staffing, and management training across centers.
• Ensure exceptional donor service and operational efficiency during travel.
