Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a high-impact leadership program. You’ll rotate through plasma centers nationwide, driving learning and operational excellence in donor experience and center performance.

The program includes hands-on mentorship, six months of formal training, and a clear path to Plasma Center Operations Manager, with relocation to BioLife centers as you advance.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program and ability to choose location.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for duration of program.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six-month expedited training program.
• Lead a team and manage performance, recruiting, and staff planning.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager with cross-site networking.
• Provide operational support and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional donor service and assist with production as needed.
• Travel across the country and return home every other weekend.
