Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership program across plasma centers nationwide. You’ll travel up to 95% to learn the business and prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role, with relocation after program completion.

The six‑month expedited training followed by 12 months to progress to a manager position will build leadership, operations, and people-management skills across BioLife centers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate to chosen location after trainee program.
• Ability to travel up to 90–100% during the trainee period.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive your own learning plan covering management of high-volume plasma collection facilities.
• Lead and develop a diverse team; conduct performance reviews and staff planning.
• Support career advancement toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and geographic relocation.
