The program emphasizes rapid learning, team leadership, and cross-location collaboration, with mentorship and a structured path to advanced responsibilities within BioLife.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading 20+ direct reports.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

• Drive a structured learning plan covering all aspects of managing high‑volume plasma facilities.
• Lead and develop a diverse team; perform performance reviews and staff planning.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager; potential relocation to BioLife locations.
• Provide operational support and problem‑solving; coordinate with senior management.
• Retain donors by creating a positive donor experience and assist with production.
• Travel across the country to learn from BioLife team members.
