Job summary

Carrier seeks an Operations Leader, Systems & Controls Solutions, to drive the end-to-end operations strategy across Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Operations Excellence. You will partner with SIOP, Product Management, Engineering, and Procurement to translate business objectives into scalable operational results.

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into executable operational strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead manufacturing operations, materials management, quality assurance, and delivery functions.
• Drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply network with capacity, inventory, and resource alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Oversee materials planning and inventory management to optimize working capital and supply continuity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and successful execution.
