Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 10+ years of leadership in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years for senior leadership roles preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal operational partner to the Systems & Controls Solutions business leader, translating objectives into strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead manufacturing operations, materials, quality, and customer delivery to ensure reliable execution.
• Drive excellence across the manufacturing network aligning capacity and resources with demand.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Oversee materials planning and inventory strategies to optimize working capital and supply.
