Alma is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Process Innovation to design and implement scalable workflows for Core Ops. You will lead cross-functional projects, partner with Product, BI, and Operations, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in an operations role within healthcare, consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with strong business acumen.
• Track record of driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and ability to provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience with Excel models; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Passionate about mental health care and Alma's mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives centered on new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements, overseeing execution from discovery to recommendation and implementation
• Develop and prioritize a strategic roadmap of enhancements to drive meaningful impact on key business metrics
• Foster strong relationships with BI, Product, and Operational stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and deliver comprehensive solutions
• Mentor junior team members and lay the foundation for building a high-performing team
• Collaborate closely with product leaders to foster strong alignment between product and operations
• Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives and manage high-priority escalations
