Job summary

Alma leads program management across Alma initiatives, driving cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution across a portfolio of Alma initiatives and accounts. The role is intentionally broad and dynamic, flexing across projects as priorities shift, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum wherever needed.

This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management across Alma projects, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through.
• Flex across different Alma initiatives as priorities evolve, standing up structure quickly for new or ambiguous workstreams.
• Serve as a primary operational lead, driving progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations.
• Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams and teams.
• Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and elevate issues early with clear mitigation plans.
• Collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other partners to support strong program execution.
