You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach for performance, and build strong employee relations while driving results across the facility. This role emphasizes Lean process improvement, safety, quality and customer experience, with opportunities across multiple FCs nationwide; a strategic leader who balances operations excellence with people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.
• Proven track record in managing salaried staff in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality improvement and Lean initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Oversees performance of Inbound or Outbound operations including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance.
• Leverages team to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
