Job summary

Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking a Director of Operations & Supply Chain to build and lead the operational backbone of a fast-growing DTC business. You will own contract manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, demand and supply planning, and 3PL operations, while supporting the ERP transition and improving inventory accuracy and master data.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and report to the COO. The role requires 7-10+ years in operations leadership, deep supplier management experience,

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of operations and supply chain leadership in consumer products/e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Deep experience managing contract manufacturers and suppliers with sourcing, negotiation, pricing, and performance management.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and delivering cost savings.
• Strong demand and supply planning, including forecasting and inventory strategy.
• Experience with 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics partner management.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or system transitions and operational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, continuity, and risk.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Manage contract manufacturers, supplier performance, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventory, landed costs, and master data accuracy across systems.
