Job summary

Market Performance Group (MPG) seeks a Director, Consulting to lead high-impact client engagements for top CPG brands, shaping strategic recommendations and delivering executive-ready deliverables. The role blends executive thinking, storytelling, and hands-on content creation within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The position is 100% remote in the United States, reporting to the EVP, Consulting, with responsibility for guiding client impact and MPG growth.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years in CPG industry in Consulting, Sales Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, and/or General Management within CPG and retail.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic client engagements and delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from start to finish, defining project approach, deliverables, and timeline.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables including PowerPoint presentations and strategic narratives.
• Synthesize analyses into clear, concise, commercially relevant insights for senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with high quality and responsiveness.
