Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services, operations, or strategy consulting.
• Experience in regulated environments, crypto/trading or custody preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within ADGM, aligning with regulations and contracts.
• Implement policies, SLA frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking, custody operations.
• Build resilience programs including risk identification and contingency planning.
• Coordinate incident responses with regulators and service providers.
• Develop relationships with banks and regulators to communicate risk strategy.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, Product, and CS.
• Support first-line-of-defense activities including launch assessments and audits.
