Job summary

CXM Direct LLC seeks a Chief Operating Officer to launch and scale a global cryptocurrency exchange. Fully remote role with strategic responsibility for regulatory compliance, licensing, and execution excellence across all functions.

You will build a cross‑functional operations team, recruit sales and marketing, implement fiat on‑ramps, PSPs, CRM, and back‑office systems, and drive cost discipline toward break-even while expanding partnerships and go‑to‑market reach.

Qualifications

• Executive-level operational leadership experience in crypto or fintech environments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory licensing, risk, and compliance for multi-jurisdiction crypto operations.
• Proven ability to build lean, high-performing cross-functional teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale a global cryptocurrency exchange with strong operational controls.
• Define licensing roadmaps and partner onboarding across key jurisdictions.
• Build and manage a cross-functional operations team (sales, marketing, support, ops).
• Implement fiat on/off‑ramps, PSP relationships, and back‑office systems.
• Set up CRM, client portals, and back‑office infrastructure for efficiency and compliance.
• Develop KPIs and BI dashboards for executive reporting and decision making.
