Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Crypto Product Compliance Lead to guide regulatory reviews and design compliant crypto offerings. You will partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure product designs, customer communications, and launch processes meet applicable rules.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams through ideation, development, and post-launch enhancements, with in-person work at our New York, NY and Menlo Park, CA offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, including crypto products in compliance, risk, legal, audit, or operations.
• Experience with brokerage products is a plus.
• Familiarity with AML, sanctions, and financial crimes compliance related to crypto products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations during design, testing, launch, and enhancement of crypto products and services.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes for crypto products, including consumer protection, AML, sanctions, and financial crimes considerations.
• Develop a compliance framework for new products.
• Review product features, customer communications, and marketing materials for regulatory alignment.
• Provide timely guidance on compliance questions and regulatory developments.
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, and internal reviews, including testing and monitoring.
