United States Digital Space LLC is expanding its regulated crypto presence in the Middle East, building a local Abu Dhabi team to lead the region’s crypto business and liaise with ADGM regulators. • 7+ years of senior-level experience in financial services, including securities.
• Deep understanding of ADGM/FSRA regulatory requirements (FSMR, COBS, MIR, AML).
• Proven track record in policies, procedures, and day‑to‑day oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the locally based Abu Dhabi team and manage the Middle East crypto business and ADGM entity.
• Drive the UAE crypto strategy in collaboration with the Dubai/VARA team.
• Develop operational capacity for tokenization and related opportunities under ADGM.
• Oversee budgeting and resourcing to align with local and global frameworks.
• Establish governance, controls, and compliance programs across the entity.
